Doc i harvest ( prune) my lemon balm when it gets about 10”s or so . Here in upstate Greenville County SC we haven’t had 100+ * days , 90’s yes. Presently my small plant is growing under some sunflower plants. Those big leaves provide mixed shade. I grow lemon balm ( based on the “ anti-viral book by Stephan Harrord Buehner ) , since in past I’ve had shingles several times and followed up by “ PHN “ .
