Applications and benefits of essential oil
- To Support acne and oily skin , use 2-3 drops in a tsp of carrier oil and apply to the affected area.
- To Support asthma and the respiratory system , use 2-3 drops in a steam inhalation. You can also use 2-3 drops in a diffuser or 5 drops in 1tsp of carrier oil added to bath water.
- To support stiffness and the musculature system … use 2-3 drops in 1 tsp of carrier oil and massage into the area.
- To support cellulite , use 2-3 drops in a carrier oil and massage into the affected area regularly. You can also use 5 drops in 1tsp of carrier oil added in bath water.
- To help the body during times of cold , use 2-3 drops in a diffuser. You can also add 5 drops in 1 tsp of carrier oil added in bath water.
- To support the bowels Mix 2-3 drops with 1 tsp of carrier oil and massage into the lower back and abdomen area.
- To support dandruff and oily hair , add 2-3 drops of oil to the unscented conditioner. Leave in 3-5 minutes, then rinse.
- To support a healthy mentality , use 2-3 drops in a diffuser.
- To support self-confidence and support memory, use 2-3 drops in a diffuser.
- To support Brain-Pane* Especially those related to gastric upset, use 2-3 drops in a hot or cold compress. You can also use 2-3 drops in a diffuser or5 drops in a carrier oil added to bath water to enjoy its properties.
- To support the sinuses, use 2-3 drops in a steam inhalation.
