It is easy to find in nature and simple to obtain . Historically, oranges have been associated with generosity, gratitude, and innocence. Originally from China and India, oranges now grow in abundance in the Americas, Israel, and the Mediterranean.

These are some of its most popular applications and benefits:
- To support you face during acne, blemishes and for oily skin add 2 drops of oil to a tsp of carrier oil and rub gently.
- To support your body’s cellulite , mix 2-3 drops with 1tsp of carrier oil and massage the affected area regularly.
- To support yourself during a fever , use a compress: cold for fever. You can also add 2-3 drops in 1 tsp of carrier oil and use it as a massage.
- For times of cold , use 2-3 drops in one steam inhalation. You can also use 2-3 drops in a carrier oil and rub on the chest.
- To support your body in times of fatigue, use 2-3 drops in a diffuser or inhalation vapor. You can also use 5 drops in a tsp of carrier oil and add to bath water.
- To support fluid retention , use 2-3 drops in a carrier oil and massage into the lower abdomen and back. You can also massage in other affected areas.
- To support joints and muscles , use 2-3 drops in a carrier oil and massage on the affected area. It can also be used in a hot compress.
- To help support stress, use 2-3 drops in a diffuser. You can also use 5 drops in a carrier oil and add to bath water.
Oils that mix well:
Orange oil blends well with almost all essential oils, but especially well with anise pepper, basil, bergamot, cinnamon, lemongrass, sage, cloves, eucalyptus, frankincense, geranium, ginger, grapefruit, hyssop, jasmine, juniper , lemon, marjoram, neroli, nutmeg, oregano, palmarosa, patchouli, rose, sage and sandalwood.
