How To Use Tincture Formulas
The tinctures in the Bunker Buster kit can be used for a variety of issues. Attached is a sheet of problems and possible solutions. While we can make no claims or guarantees of effectiveness due to our failure to pay about a million dollars per product for FDA approval, Dr. Jones has used all of them as described for many years. Many of the problems have various solutions listed. You needn’t take all of them in each case. Many herbs are not safe to use during pregnancy or lactation. Don’t use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.

Dosing Instructions
Tinctures are alcohol extracts of herbs. can be taken alone or mixed with a little juice or water. Having a little food in your stomach is a good idea to prevent belly aches from the herbs.
Recommended Servings for Humans
For chronic or maintenance issues, twice daily is usually sufficient. For acute situations, dosing can be done more frequently. If taking herbs long-term, take a day off every week or two.
Herbs and Adults
Tinctures for Adults: 1/4 to 1 teaspoon 2-3 times daily.
Herbs and Children
I don’t recommend herb use in children under two years of age without consulting a qualified practitioner (except for catnip which is safe even for colicky babies. When I do use herbs for children. I dose them based on weight compared to an adult…1/2 an adult…1/3 of an adult etc…
Herbs and Pets
All of our formulas were created so that they could be used in either humans or in animals. Most dogs will eat herbs willingly if mixed with a little wet food. Tinctures can also be used straight. Most cats are very resistant to taking herbs willingly. For chronic or maintenance issues, twice daily is usually sufficient. For acute situations, dosing can be done more frequently.
Tinctures for Pets
Under 10 Pounds: 3 drops twice daily
10-20 Pounds: 5 drops twice daily
20-40 Pounds: 10 drops twice daily
40-60 Pounds: 20 drops twice daily
Over 60 Pounds: 30 drops twice daily

We are absolutely thrilled with our Bunker Buster Kit! We are NOT saving it for the apocalypse but are using out of it now. It is nice to have all our favorites plus things we have never used but will have on hand if the need arises to use them! Especially since next day shipping is expensive! We have them on hand! I originally ordered a respiratory kit for myself at the beginning of Covid. Offered to get one for my husband of 55 years but he declined calling it “snake oil”! I kindly shared mine with him when he had a respiratory event and he was AMAZED at how well they worked for his respiratory issues! The AZMA worked faster than my inhaler! We have ordered replacements as we use them. Guess who suggested we order the Bunker Buster when it came out???? I did not think our budget could afford it. My husband said “Take the money out of savings and get it! Our health is more important and now we have everything on hand!”
The only thing I would change it all the little sponges holding the bottom unit tinctures in place. The sponges are a bit hard to access and keep tinctures organized. A styrofoam base with holes drilled out to fit the tinctures would be so much better! Or even a thick cardboard with drilled out holes. I put a piece of thin wood to lift out the top layer for easier access!

PS Addition to my review above: my husband, a retired engineer added up all the tincture prices and those alone cost more than the sale cost of the Bunker Buster! That means the nice “tool kit” to hold them and all the other items are basically FREE! Get it while the sale price is in effect!

Just received it, already needed and used it! I found my young adult son crying in bed. Turns out he wasn’t crying, but was apparently having an allergic reaction to a brand new eye liner he used in his stage makeup for the dress rehearsal he’d just come from. He was really out of it, and said he felt spacey and awful. Earlier in the day we had been perusing the different tinctures in the kit and I remembered there was one called “Histamine” for allergies and allergic reactions. I got him out of bed, put 1/4 teaspoon of the tincture in a small glass of water, and had him drink it. Within just a few minutes his eyes cleared, he stopped sniffling, and he said he felt like a different person! It was amazing! It was 11PM and I doubt I could have found a store open, and I have a feeling this worked quicker and better than any OTC drug. We are so grateful we had this on hand!
